Jivan Anant ni Yatra :-
Travel process from the birth to death
which we know as life. but in Indian Culture, there is
a life for 100 years living by the efforts, the same is
not counted as entire life. aefore our births, also our
existence would have been there means Previous-birth and
re-birth belief prevails, from that point of view, our
life becomes Anantni yatra.
In shortt this position is the internal awakening inside
the body, and its travel is running by many births, that
one is one Great Life and the gain of of the goal perfection
of life means much better beautiful , very bright and
more presperous jivan means life to be obtained.
We have achieved in our Indian Culture only external prosperity
or happiness, which is not success of life ever believed,
along with extefrnal life internal life development has
played a considerable rolem which we have counted important.
The basic aspects of awakening - original aspects like
knowledge, love, Happiness. energy etc.. which becomes
more and more emerge and become in the complement development
in which norms, the success of life Is believed means.
we towards life and to every moment of life more and more
knowledgeable loveable, pious and immortal energetic fulfilled
and in this process, the real meaning of life stayso
If we thnik in minute manner, then our present life and
existence is already there in which chiefly 5 stages are
there 1) Body 2) Organs 3) Emotional heart 4) Thoughful
mind 5) after all the stages where awakening energy and
or # soul.
All these five stages to develope more with purity, beautiful
and growth among all these five stages, parity to be formed
and develope the life, this is the main gaolo
This is point of logical life, whereas practical stage
h7as also played the role and can think of life, today
I know that like my egoistic thoughts and selfish-motive
oriented activities has become the part of life we feel
many times about this mater and in result stage, Vaiyatik
life, family life, socian life, life and national life
all these seem to be defective and suffocated it developes
and to such life how can you brand as life ? This is the
second name of deaths
After ignoring our existence of personality, for the matter
of World-Awakening and adjoined aspects of our pure existence
awakening can only create true life, come forward, we
awake such jagruti-Flame and as a Anantni Yatra form we
make it as a successful life.

Mahavir no Mukhya Sandesh ahinsa nahin, but Vishwaprem :-
The main message of Bhagwan Mahavir is
non-violance, this result of love. In heart when for world
all souls towards mercy, love and intimacy developes §
then in behaviour obviously non-violance is being materialised.
Sadhna not to be perform for non-violance. but sadhna
to be performed for love of the world.
Fo whom we have alove in our hearts.
their non-violance apart> to make them unhappy or to
be damaged them we can never think of The errors of the
loveable persons, or their crimes also cannot make dirty
our heart, thus our heart is clean, generous and peaceful
becomeso Parasmani the symbol of love, with its touch
Bhagwan Mahavir has advocated that "Toward all the
soul#s#.Mii. of the world consider as equal like you,
with the unhappiness position you become unhappay with
them, with the happiness of others, become happy, learn
all things, self parity behaviour is the foundation of
the religion.

Dharma no payo: Atmauapmya ni bhavnas :-
Lord Mahavir while flowing his stream

For every human being towards every
human being of the world, treat him like this only and
learn this essence, feelings for Atmaupamya ni be developed,
this a foundation of religion- In the name of language,
religion, nation or religion and on the name of Sect among
the men to create defference-walls, to create the enmity
between the men, and this feeling of enmity and struggle
to create is negative religion.

The Stagnant position of good people
is responsible for the bad-state of the nation.
In the country of non-violance, today
violance is dancing is running in full fledge form. At
the place of good behavoiour, unethical and corrupted
tactics have played a deep rooted role it was to be believed
where Prayer performs and to animal world is treated to
be equally with men, theron everyday thousands of animals
are being slaughtered without mercy. Our country counts
mainly as culture-prone, but today with various negative
tactics is being overflowed.
35 years back, Indian in geography view
may have gained the independence, but in thinking process
and from the view of the cultures, still we are not freed
from the effect of foreign population, it does not seem.
There are few indidivuals on scenerio
in our country, that they become the indian oriented body
but their mind s seems to painted under the thoughts tradition
of foreign concepts and impressed in such coloyr. to such
people have damaged the country considerably when think
of those people, I can recollect one effective lines of
Shayar, where he says
"Is deshko dushamonose nahi, gaddarose
khatra hai, Khajaneko chorose nahi, paheredarose khatra
hai, Dharmake vishay me kucch, sacdhaniki jarurat hai,
ese nastikose nahi, thekedarose khatra hai.“
Such people who becameselfish, lusty,
and fanatic, they damage this nation. Deram of Ram-Rajya,
is (incomplete. In nation where the rivers of milk, ghees
are being flown when will start flowing, which is not
known, but today river tff bllod is being flown.
Not 1 Seeta, but many Seetas have been
kidnnaped. Not only Draupadi, but the Culture Is toeing
undressed, though, we see as a mute spectator as if bsolutely
in-active and unconscious we became.
How such things happned ? Its causes
regard when we think deeply then the famous message of
world renowned phulosopher recollects -
“ Aa Dei durjan no durjantathi,
atlo nathi pidato, jetlo sajjano ni nishkriyata thi piday."
Every person in true sense of Gentleman,
if united and do the performances, then Indian great Ethos
will be taken Re-Birth and for this process, no more time
will pass.

Sanskruti : Purva ni ane pashchim ni (Culture
a Of East & West )
In this very huge world, there are many
countries are scattered and every nation got its febWs
own culturein diffeeent norms, but if this various cultures
of the world if think briefly, then it can be divided
into 2 parts.
(1) East Culture and (2) West Culture.
In the foundation of these two cultures,
some basic diffeence is there. In West Culture, indivudual's
External life is more and more with full comforts and
sources of luxuries how in maximum way reach to more and
more people for this aspect, great deal of thinking has
been done and through basic searches have been taken place
and scientific innovations equipments have been emerged.
Whereas in the Culsture of East, along
with the external life of men, related internal life,
on this aspect, thinking has been applied deeply and may
results have been come out for Sadhna . various ways and
directions.
The West Culture has achieved the development
by keeping the commodity in the centre. whereas East culture
has talked about Awakening in > the centre. There atom
invented, and here search of inner consceience h^s been
stressed significantly. West culture is the culture of
wine and East culture is the culture of divine, in western
countries you get wine at each house with bar facility
and here you will gain the door of good to each house,
there awakening has been made dead and here awakening
has been liven, there physical happiness sources are in
full fledge, here spiritual sources are prominent. The
life cannot be propspered with such physical sources but
Sadhna to be prospered such ideals are lying in the foundation
of this Culture.
West Culture has given the fft gift of
science to the world, where East Culture through their
Rishi-Munis, given the gift of philosophy and lftgic.
Do not forget that sceience logic can never be proved
as boon, the science can give the spped to the life, but
introspection energy can be find in philosophy. So along
with the science, philosophy ought to be intermingled
always, do such activity.
If you want to run new beautiful car
then how can it be run out ! This car got the speed but
presume that in such manner this going car in full speed
if its driver is blind, means eyes without vision. this
speed will create only accident or else happens ?
If an accident not to occur in life and
not to become victim of Ashantl, then never critise the
philosophy. The combination of Science and philosophy
in understanding manner only make the life perfect and
you will be able to enjoy the greatness of this aspect.
(6) Ashtang Yoga :
Late Rev. Ravishankar Maharaj used
to say that, " Person who live in tradition
is an old person."
Rev. Bandhu-Triputi Maharah Shris, essential in this
modern era such various religious traditions from it
come out and in the whole world religion to spread out,
the fair attempts are being done for its spread and
in reai sense of the word, attempted tc become religious.
In life of human being, just for the sake saying religiousness,
the true religious belief is very important. Today in
all the surroundings, this said religiousness is being
increased, but true religious belief is being ebbed,
which damage to the Society and make it down-fall.
To develope true religious belief, the best alternative
is Adhyatma Yoga and its knowledge to gain, Sadhna Yoga
is identified.
Rev- Bandhu-Triputi Maharajshri Patanjali Sage advocated
this Yoga Sadhna has digested self and to the entire
society, its real meaning is spread out and to develope
for this purpose, since last 15 years Shantiniketan
Sadhna Kendra hss been established at Tithal. In this
Kendra, from time to time, Yoga Sadhna Shibirs are being
planned and irrespectige of creed, caste and religion
difference, every person of every community can take
this advantage.
In aborad countries such many shibirs are being held
and foreigners do take the advantage of this matter.
One Yoga Sadhna being held at Tithal Sea Beach at Shantiniketan
and to enter in this event, if opportunity comesk it
is a good luck and good advantages are gained* Rev.
Munishri Kirtichandraji Maharaj throuhgh through such
Ashtang Yoga programmes good introduction was made which
was not individual but for the growth of the Society
it was found essential.
"Adhyatma" while discussing he has said that
speciality of Indian Culture is included in this Adhyatmakta
and so entire world is known as one unique spiritual
Culture, by keeping the "Atma" in the centre,
created Culture is called "Adhyatamik". The
centre of Atma in this culture, similar "Atmatatva"
to be understood and without Atmasat other all Sadhnas
are in-complete. Hagerness to know our real "Atmarup11
when become sharp, that time the travel begins on this
road and PX the end "Atma11 after rest inself only
it stops. For the "Atmagyani" many directions
have been suggested and paikyy "Ashtang Yoga"
Sadhna is the best and simple to be seen out.
Karmayog mentioned in Shri Mad Bhagwad Gita, Bhaktiyoga,
Gyanyoga to fulfil in the life, Ashtang Yoga Sadhna
5s essential. This is scientific method Sadhna. Search
for "Atma" to any distance place or at far
of time not to be done in different way from us, but
the spme is within us it is hidden and its search to
be find out by the introspection. This search can be
done with the help of able Guru and its explanation,
Patanjali Sage has done in his Yoga-Sutra and by taking
this base, Rev. Munishri Kirtichandravijayli Maharaj,
has rendered the good guidance to persons in Shibirs
and its advantage should be taken by all the people
surely.
Eight Acts of Ashtang Yoga are as under.

Out of these, (Yam) got Five Systems.
1. Non-Violance 2. Truth
3. Astey
4. Brahmacharya 5. Aparigriha.
There are five types in the "Rule".
1. Sauch 2. Content 3. Tap, 4. Swadhyay 5.
Ishwar Pranidhan.
(Yam) and (Rule) to be implemented in life, without
such act, any Sadhna will prove vain. Other Sadhnas
base is this, and this base without making it strong,
other Sadhnas does not much helpful in life development.
(Yam-Rule) Sadhna with other Sadhnas there is a deep
relation, regarding this, you should be aware in constant
manner. Importance of Sadhna and its utility, such
clear lengthy related examples along with this, Rev.
Munishri Kirtichandraji Maharaj has shown, but due
to suspicion the same cannot be produeed here. If
the follower wish, thijs (Yam Rule) fair implementation
can be done in humble and simple manner and by doing
thus, for self and society development this will be
possible. This Sadhna contine through entite life,
the stress is being advocated.
(Ashtang Yoga) is third act and its two ways (Aasan):
1) Dhyan Sahayak Aasans 2) Arogya Vardhak
Aasana.
For healthy lifet clean body is very essential. Aasans
make the body non-disease ^nd life development Sadhna
becomes simple.
(Dhyan Sahayak) Asans are of 5 chiefly.
1. Sukhasan 2. Padmasan
3. Uttanoadssan
4. Sidhdhasan 5. Vajasan
(Arogya Vardhak) Aasans got many types like in standing
posture, in sitting posture, in sleep posture.
Aasans doing in standing posture are of chief one like
1.Tadasan 2. Konasan having
5 systems
3. Uttanpadasan etc..
The Chief Aasans doing In standing posture;
1. Tadasan 2, Konasan got
five Spreadings 3. Uttandasan etc..
Aasans doing in Sitting posture:
1. Badrasan 2. Gomukhasan
3. Ardhmatsyendrasan 4. Yogamudra etc..
Aasans doing in sleeping posture chiefly the following
aasans are to be done:
1. Pavanmuktasan 2, Sarvagasan
3. Halasan
4. Shavasan etc ...
The following chief Aasans doing by face-down posture:
1. Bhujangsan 2. Salbhasan
3. Tarnasan 4e Udyassn 5. Dhanusan 6. Makrasan.
The study of all these aasans doing with pranayam every
day in morning for 90 minutes is being done in Shibir
and for this act, in short time of 7 days, all the shibir
participants feel change in good health.
The fourth Aspect "Pranayam" is of "Ashtag
Yoga" which plays important role in mental development
and physical development of life and without breathing
man cannot remain alive more than 2 -3 minutes and the
same is known as "Pran" on this base, entire
life does develops. Thus, Ptan is one unique base-point
of life without it, life will not retain and so exeecise
of "pran" means Pranayam life is essential
for healthy and vigorous body. By "Pranayam"
act, lungs got full relief and resulted in breathing
function make quite good and life may lengthen and specifically
man in his daily rituals also can pull on without fatigue
and it remains continue constantly.
There are four main aspects of Pranayam
1. Puraks Act of deep breathing.
2. Kubhaki To make the breathing stopped internally.
3. Rechak Act of releasing breath slowly.
4. Shunyak: Act of staying without breath.
In Shibir is being conducted with Pranayam everyday
t-4 times and still it is lengthened and this act, is
helpful to the partivipants of shibirs. These Aasan
and Pranayam are known as Chakra and thus make life
vigour centres awakened and peace, love, pleasure and
energy is being experienced.
Life Energy centres are as under.
1. Muladhar Chakra - Near Guda.
2. Swadhisthan Chakra: Near Internal organs.
3. Manipur Chakra,; In Nabhi part.
4. Anahat Chakra.; In Heart part.
5. Vishuddhi Chakra : In throat part.
6. Agya Chakra: Centre of forehead, between
two eye-lids.
7. Sahstrar-(Brahmrandhra) Near part of Head chotli.
These Chakras means the centres of Life Energy while
developed healthy, the following aspects are being developed.
1. Bodh-Jagruti of Astitva.
2. Pleasure. 3. Energy. 4. Love. 5. Piousness. 6. Knowledge.
7. Peace.
Thus, life oriented aspects for developing also "Yam
Rule" with connected "Aasana" and "Pranayam"
become helpful in in good manner. Otherwise, itself
become the physical exercise only and there is a possibility
of its mis-use.
"Ashtang Yoga" fifth aspect is "Pratyahar1.
which is the "Door Entrance" of Adhy.ntmak
to be known. Without "Pratyahar" other Sadhnas
to gain the ultimatum destination, it does not prove
as fruitful, to make it "Antrmukh, Pratyahar is
very essential. The above s^id Yam and Rule implementation
also Pratyahar is very helpful Sadhna. Study of Pratyahar
in this Shibir is being done in three stages.
1. Study to get Organs from &ad to good
position,
2. Study to be centred one from many of the organs.
3. Study to carry organs from latge one to minute one.
Without peeping internally, these ^adhnas cannob be
commenced. Awakening aspect of men when gradully become
internal, then slowly the attraction of the external
subjects are being diminished and get the experience
of Self-Dependence pleasure and in this regard, ithrough
Sadhna internal weaknesses are being awakened and due
to this awareness all the weaknesses are automatically
disappear. And expection means "Akagrata"
it becomes prepared.
Thus Yam and Rule, aasan, Pranayam and Pratyahar, all
these external tools. And the proper use of the same,
after the implementation the same, Antrang Sadhna Saraan
Dharna Dhyan and Sajnadhi can be entered in this regard.
Dhama is the procedure to maka mind steady-to one subject
and for thisf love on this regard is essential, or interest
to be involved in this subject, its importance is worth
to understand. Spiritual expectation subject, is Soul,
which is immortal on it ft should be centred in the
inlttial stage. AUM etc. many destinations and mantras
are advocated and for this matter, Tratak System is
also being adopted, which some™ crimes become
interested but, at the end SOUL form therein only mind
to be centred and through expectation when mind became
centred, it is indulged in it and that state is known
as "Dhyan'.
1. Rupastha Dhyan 2. Padastha
Dhyan 3. Pindastha Dhyan 4. Rupatit Dhyan.
These four systems clear understanding and guidance
by offering it teaches to become centred in Dhyan. After
the Dhyan the best state is Samadhi it is known which
is of 2 types.
1. Sampragyat Samadhi 2.
Asamprgyat Samadhi.
Maharshi Patanjali in first chapter of Yogasutra -
in Samadhi Pad- those two systems and its sub systems
have be-en lenghthy narration e.g. Sampragyat sub system
is narrated thus.
1. Anandanugat Samadhi 2.
Asmitagat Samadhi
3. Vicharanugat Samadhi 4. Vitarkanugat Samadhi.
Vicharanugat and Vitarkanugat got 2 systems:
1. Savichar Samadhi 2. Nirvichar Samadhi
1. Savitark Samadhi 2. Nivitark Samadhi
All the systems of the Samadhi if explain in true mannea?
for this regard, the to go deep in £adhna and
topics mentioned Shastras secret not tostudy with words
with sense aporoach exercise it cannot be understood.
For this regard, take the stadje of lister and sense
still go ahead on the stage of Anubhuti has to reach,
it is essential. State of Samadhi wherein people involved
deeply such Yogi persons get the experience of Pure
Awakening Atma aspect and Parmatma aspect such divine
sense do feel and its narration "Gunge Keri Sharkara"
by such speech, it cannot be known.
Dharna, Dhyan and Samadhi, these are not three different
acts, but is co-ordinated with each other in unbreakable
act included and Atmastha stage reach, these are the
only steps. But this Antran Sadhna before beginning,
to mind and body make healthy and pure aspects like
Yam, Rule? aasan, pranayam, and Pratyahar external Sadhna
is very essential, due to the lace of this aspect, Antrang
Sadhna does not provide the proper fruit and result.
Thus, Astang Yoga Sadhna is very lelpful to life and
this is the Sadhna which is helpful to Society. For
the ethical and social growth, these are very essential
and today's noisy world, and culture, this is essential.
